“Nature gave me the power to conquer,
but I forgot that she was the creator.”

Ravi Verma

He is an Indian writer and software engineer whose journey into the world of words has been as diverse as his upbringing. Born on December 15, 2000, Ravi grew up in an Indian-Tibetan community, moving across different Indian regions, mostly hill stations as his father taught at various branches of the Central School for Tibetans. This unique exposure to different cultures, landscapes, and perspectives has instilled in Ravi a profound appreciation for people, nature, and life itself.
Inspired by his father’s own love for writing, Ravi began crafting essays in school, winning competitions and building a reputation for his thoughtful insights. His passion for writing grew during his college years studying engineering, where he began publishing poetry on Blogspot, later gaining encouragement from family and friends to pursue self-publishing. In 2017, he published his first book, Death: An Indelible Truth, followed by The Fanzy and the Ron Case—both of which served as learning experiences in the self-publishing world and were later pulled off by himself.
Since then, Ravi’s writing has evolved, focusing on poetry that resonates with themes of nature, self-love, healing, and human psychology. His first poetry collection, BREEZE, launched the “Embrace” series in 2018, followed by Amour-Propre and Finding Me, two mini-books from the Unconditional series, which dive into personal growth and self-acceptance. With a love for words as boundless as his curiosity, Ravi continues to write, driven by a vision to publish more theme-based works that speak to the core of the human experience.

“Breeze by Ravi is a beautiful take on life. my understanding of the poems in breeze made me understand the several emotions and feelings a person goes through goes by in a breeze and through his poems he wishes to spread positive vibes and talk to us at a humane level. Ravi's writing is raw, he has shown us on paper what he truly feels without any inhibitions as he has nothing to hide. I felt very strongly about all his poems and I believe they will stay with me for a long time.”
